Good start to 2014

We’re making a good start to the new year, with an early start on a project to develop a coherent customer service strategy for a Scottish local authority, and appointment to an English unitary council to develop and implement their IT strategy to enable them to achieve the range of business benefits they have hoped for.

Although the public sector is still under intense financial pressure, it seems that more and more councils are realising they can’t make the savings they need to make on their own - so they are seeking help from consultancies with a proven track record to help them.
